For domestic orders, (Continental USA or APO/FPO only) United States Postal Service (USPS) media rate services will be used.  The shipping charge for the (basic) media rate service is (US) $5.00 for the first book plus (US) $2.00 for each additional book.  Special expedited shipping service (Express Mail, etc.) is also available and may be requested when placing your order.  Expedited shipping charges (if applicable) will be added to the standard media shipping charges shown above.

Shipments outside of the Continental USA are subject to additional shipping charges which will be added at the time of shipment.  Payment of any import fees, taxes and/or customs duties on international shipments are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

Returns

Any books sold by us can be returned to us for any reason within 100 days from the date of invoice.  A return authorization is not required.  However, returned books must be accompanied by a legible copy of the original invoice and the book(s) must also be in saleable condition.   Once books are returned and their condition is verified, the full book price (plus any sales tax and less any shipping charges if applicable) will be credited to the same credit card account used to make the initial purchase.  Check, money order or cash sales will be refunded by check to the same billing address.

Two Ways to Order

By mail:  For orders shipped to the USA or APO/FPO only, you can print out, fill in and then mail our book order form along with your check or money order to us at the mailing address shown below.  Checks must be in US funds.  Books will not be shipped until your money order is successfully cashed or your check clears our bank.  A (US) $25.00 charge will be levied for all returned checks.  

By telephone: Have your Visa, Master Card or Discover Card ready and then call one of our telephone numbers listed below.  We do not accept collect calls.  All credit card sales will be invoiced in US funds.  Telephone orders are usually shipped within two business days.

Once you place your order, maintaining your personal privacy is one of our top concerns. Not only is this good business practice, it is also now law in the State of Ohio.  Therefore, we do not barter, give away or otherwise share our mailing lists or transaction information with anyone in any way. We'll handle your personal information (name, address, telephone number(s), etc.) in the same sensitive, caring way that we'll handle your credit card information.
