Robert M. Kelley
|
Robert M. Kelley heads his own training and consulting business in Kettering, Ohio, USA. He has conducted management training and consulting for thousands of executives, managers, and professionals for 93 major organizations in 15 countries on 6 continents for over 21 years. Customers include AT&T, the US Department of Defense, and the Westinghouse Savannah River Company. Before beginning his business full-time in 1984, Bob worked for 22 years in the information technology, automotive, and aerospace industries, working for companies such as the NCR Corporation, General Motors and B.F. Goodrich Aerospace. Kelley has spoken on management
subjects in cities from Philadelphia to San Francisco, from Chicago to Miami, at seminars, conferences, and
professional society meetings sponsored by organizations such as the
American Management Association, the Association of Systems Management,
the Association of Information Technology Professionals, and the
Project Management Institute. |

In 1988 Bob authored the 240 page hardcover book, Planning
Techniques (Basic and Advanced). This book has been on
the Dayton Daily News Top Ten Best Seller list for weeks.
Thousands of volumes in five printings have been sold worldwide.
Kelley has authored 46 published articles, which have appeared in publications such as the Dayton/Springfield Business Life, Dayton Business Reporter, and Business Life. Bob has studied the Bible for 40 years. Kelley received a BS degree in mechanical engineering from Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio, and a BA degree in liberal arts from Ambassador College in Pasadena, California. Bob and his wife of 42 years, Beth, live in Ohio. Their four adult children (two daughters and two sons) live in California. Kelley's hobbies are reading (mainly history), walking (1,010 miles in 2004), swimming (65-1/2 miles in 2004) and remodeling. Bob is a US Air Force veteran, an Eagle Scout, a 21 gallon blood donor, and an Amateur Radio Operator. |
