Robert M. Kelley heads his own training and consulting business in Kettering, Ohio, USA.  He has conducted management training and consulting for thousands of executives, managers, and professionals for 93 major organizations in 15 countries on 6 continents for over 21 years.  Customers include AT&T, the US Department of Defense, and the Westinghouse Savannah River Company.

Before beginning his business full-time in 1984, Bob worked for 22 years in the information technology, automotive, and aerospace industries, working for companies such as the NCR Corporation, General Motors and B.F. Goodrich Aerospace.

Kelley has spoken on management subjects in cities from Philadelphia to San Francisco, from Chicago to Miami, at seminars, conferences, and professional society meetings sponsored by organizations such as the American Management Association, the Association of Systems Management, the Association of Information Technology Professionals, and the Project Management Institute.
